Sweet Dream vs. Beautiful Nightmare

A couple of days when I happened to hear the radio DJ mention that Beyonce's 'Sweet Dream' had an original version named 'Beautiful Nightmare', I thought it was meant to be a cold joke. Not anymore, after I heard that "original/cover" version by Travis Garland.

Think Beyonce's version 'stole the thunder'. Afterall, 1st impression counts but the two songs are of different perspectives so not too much of 'competition' or conflict there. Nice way of getting the messages through same tune.
